Global Return & Exchange Policy 🌍

At Gioia London, we pride ourselves on the craftsmanship and quality of our jewellery. Please note that all sales are final.

We do not provide refunds under any circumstances.
Approved returns will be honoured with an exchange or store credit only. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted this policy.


Return Window

You may request a return within 15 days of receiving your order, regardless of your country of residence.


Eligibility for Return

To qualify for exchange or store credit, items must be:

  • In original condition: unworn, unused, and undamaged
  • With all original packaging and tags intact
  • Accompanied by valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

Non-returnable items (globally, without exception):

  • Earrings (due to hygiene regulations)
  • Customised or personalised items
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards

Return Process

To initiate a return, email Sales@gioialondon.com. Once approved, we will provide you with the return instructions and designated address.

  • Customers are fully responsible for all return shipping costs, as well as any customs duties, taxes, or import fees incurred.
  • Gioia London does not provide prepaid labels and will not be liable for lost or undelivered parcels. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service.

Once we receive and approve your return, you may select:

  • An exchange for another item of equal value, or
  • A store credit valid for 12 months worldwide.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Sales@gioialondon.com. We will resolve this promptly with an exchange or store credit. Refunds will not be issued.


Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. Please return your item under this policy, and once your store credit is issued, you may place a new order for your chosen piece.

By purchasing from Gioia London, whether in the UK or internationally, you agree to our No Refunds – Exchanges Only global return policy.
